1. Information We Collect

ZNOWSOFT, LLC collects information you provide directly to us when you register for a ZenObras account, upload financial documents, or communicate with us. This includes your email address, name, financial receipts, and worker payroll data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve ZenObras. Specifically, uploaded documents are processed via Artificial Intelligence to extract line items and financial data for your personal dashboard.

3. Product Telemetry

ZenObras reports a small, fixed set of operational events to ZNOWSOFT's licensing service so we can see what is used and what is failing: signing up, signing in, a licence or trial check, starting a checkout, a rejected checkout replay, creating a receipt, sharing a journal, and running a payroll cycle.

These events carry counts and flags only — never your financial data. A receipt event records how many line items it had and whether the AI scan was used; it does not record the amount, the vendor, or anything on the receipt. A payroll event records how many workers a cycle covered; it does not record gross pay, net pay, worker names, or any figure from the run. No third-party or journal names, project names, document contents, or identifiers of any kind are included.

Your email address is sent in a dedicated attribution field so the event can be tied to your account, and ZNOWSOFT resolves it to an internal account identifier on arrival rather than storing the address in the event. Anything resembling an address or a credential is stripped from event data before it leaves your session.

4. Data Sharing with Third Parties

ZNOWSOFT, LLC does not sell your personal or financial data. We share data only with essential service providers necessary to operate ZenObras, such as our cloud hosting providers, secure payment processors, and strictly vetted AI API providers (who are contractually prohibited from using your data to train their models).

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of your personal information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time from your account settings. You may also request a complete export of your data via the "Backup" functionality provided within the platform.
